The bus ride from Vancouver to Seattle airport went well. Fortunately, at the customs office at the border I wasn't asked to open the backpack. it would have taken ages to pack it again.The big pack is fairly big and heavy - I think about 27 kg and reaching way above my head. It is still way lighter than on last week's camping trip.
From the Seattle airport I do not remember much... I'm drinking a pop and watching a guy cleaning the carpets. Next thing I know somebody is touching me hesitantly.
- Excuse me, are you going to Taipei?
I am hugging my little backpack with all my valuables, while totally streched out and I'm probably snoring, but the person watched me and noticed that everybody else left and boarded. Thankful,I rush to the gate. I do not remember much more from the flight.
