Why I Write Postcards

Because I like it;
Because so often I think about so many people and never get to materialize it into a phonecall, note, email, sign;
Because I hate sitting in front of a computer and writing emails and I also never have time to handwrite letters;
Because I love pictures;
Because it's so wonderful to get postcards from far away;
Because I think that this way others travel a bit along with me;
Because I materialize my thoughts and intentions and I send a thought and tiny bit of me along with my fingerprints (and horrible!) handwriting;
Because writing postcards is something I can do when sipping a coffee, evenings in bed, in a park, a garden or on the train. In other words, when I feel most relaxed I like to spend at least a couple of minutes thinking about each one of you individually;
Because, I hope, you enjoy it, too!
